This isn't just location and budget, it's about culture fit, the look and feel as well as ultimately the required flexibility. We would then accompany you and any other stakeholders on viewings of your preferred buildings as well as arrange subsequent viewings of those shortlisted options. Finally, we would negotiate the best deal on your desired space and take care of any issues on your behalf. All are free of charge.

We go to market, identify options with suitable spaces and build a report accordingly.
Report back
Once the report has been reviewed we arrange to view the narrowed down selection.
Arrange viewings
Post viewings we collate feedback and arrange further viewings where necessary.
Negotiate
Once a preferred location is chosen we negotiate the best terms possible and arrange a move in.
